Do we always here about the companies cutting full-time employees down to 32 hours a week or do we hear about the companies that haven’t given their employees a raise for two years. I know what that feeling is like and it is tough, your expenses go up and your income doesn’t. I know their are companies that replace full-time openings with part-time employees. There are companies trying to pay health benefits to less employees.
