9-12: You are an ideal hypnotic subject! You may even go “under” hearing someone else’s hypnosis session! For you, therapeutic hypnosis can be a very effective, and cost effective, way to break habits, control pain, manage anxiety, or create changes “effortlessly”. Try hypnosis; you may have found the key to unlocking the power of your own mind!
6-8: You are likely to be a very good hypnotic subject, and will go “under” easily. Perhaps within just one or two sessions you could overcome a fear, begin to manage stress or anxiety, kick a habit or kick off your own highly motivated weight loss program! For you, hypnotherapy and self-hypnosis are likely to be a great way to boost motivation - and confidence - in achieving any goal.
3-5: You will likely enjoy hypnosis, and find the process very relaxing and stress relieving. But, the hypnotist may have to work to get you into a deep state of trance if you’ve never been hypnotized before. Since all hypnosis, you’ll have to allow the process to happen. And, like any learned skill, the more often you try hypnosis, the easier it becomes. Eventually, you too, could be an old pro at self-hypnosis!
0-2: a Good Hypnotist Can Get You There. You can be hypnotized to some extent - enough to break a bad habit or increase self-confidence, but not enough to have root canal surgery without anesthesia. You many find that learning self-hypnosis can improve your health, boost your immune system, increase feelings of happiness, and be a great stress reducer for you!
