NLP Coaching and Negative Emotions:
If you are struggling with an issue stemming from a past experience, we may use NLP Timeline Reframing to revisit that event and quickly reform your emotional attachment to it. You might feel that fleeting twinge of emotion tied to the event, and find that as you observe yourself learning from it (believe it or not!) and shifting your perception of the event, the emotion fades until it just isn’t there any longer.
